My Greatest Prank
Monday, December 27, 2010
This Christmas Eve was different than others we have had before because our motivation changed . This Christmas and hopefully many more to come was more centered around celebrating our savior Jesus than the gifts. It was very memorable. There was the amazing church service and also the family.

Weird Dreams
I had the weirdest dreams this past two nights. I thought I should record them because I feel so weird about them. The first dream was the night before Christmas Eve. It was a very awkward mix. I first dreamt that I was at a cemetery but that it had rained so hard that the coffins had gotten out of the tombs. I was there but I was not their to visit anybody. I remember that people were worried about their relatives remains. I clearly remember seeing a friend worried about her mom’s coffin but last I remember her mom is still alive. I also remember seeing my pastor telling me to follow him to leave the cemetery, but I really needed to go to the restroom so I did not. Then I was at a house at a party desperately needing to find the restroom, weird huh?
Well last night I had a dream about a friend and sister from my church. I dreamt first though that I was with some close friends and that we were like at a home birth ting and four ladies were having babies. My friend was one of them. She was very pregnant, and the weird thing is I was very curious to find out who the father was. Then I remember that she was having complications and needed to go to the ER but she did not want to.
Then it shifts to me asking her, and she tells me who but I have no idea who it is but she tells me they are from the church. But in the dream I know she is not married, and then she tells me everything and that she really was not wanting to have the baby, which by the way I knew not the gender. I remember giving her advice and telling her that her other kids love the baby and that the church family would as well. I kept waking up but as soon as I went back to sleep I would see the same dream. I wish I knew what they meant.
My Christma Eve
The Christmas season for this year has come to an end. It is Dec 25th an I am here with my mom and we are just relaxing. I am very excited for the time I spent with the family. For Christmas Eve we started of by attending the first annual Alabanza and Adoracion event. It was amazing!
It was my very first time in the church choir. I was very nervous but excited at the same time as well. I hope that God allows me to be more involved in choir. I had an amazing time because I was able to worship my Lord as well as be with the people who I can share my faith with.
Then I headed at like 11 to spend the night with my Aunt Lulu and Uncle Teo making a barbeque and eating tamales. But I knocked out early and that was that. This year there were not many material gifts but there were lots of blessings to be joyful for.

Christmas Eve and Morning!
I am a day away from celebrating my 18th Christmas and I am thankful. Thankful for the greatest gift, my savior Jesus Christ and forgiveness. I am thankful that my Lord allowed me another year to celebrate not only with my family but my Church family. That I did good on my first quarter in college. I am also thankful that all my family is with me. I am thankful for these people...

From the Mouth of Facebook!
From the Mouth of Facebook!
There's a common misunderstanding among all humans that the best way to live is to try to avoid pain and just try to get comfortable. If we're committed to comfort at any cost, as soon as we come up against the least bit of pain or discomfort, we're going to run; we'll never know what's beyond that particular barrier or wall or fearful thing.
To me this seems to be very true and to have a valuable meaning. We all need to face our problems instead of running. I came upon this this morning while checking my profile. I mean once we face our fears we are bound to find the blessings.Friday, December 17, 2010

These kiddos are like family...
Noah the cutest boy....
These kids are the children of a member of the church and their dad is part of the worship team. They make me smile because they are so smart and full of energy. They always ask me to take their pictures. I am welcomed by them at every service. Their ages are 6,5,2,1,3months. A handful but they are a blessing to their parents and to the church family. Their mom is so nice because she ia always letting me hold Melody! They are 5 kids in total. i wonder if the family will keep growing? Their names are Jose, Chris, Noah, Joel, and the baby girl Melody. The oldest 2 are in school but the younger ones are a handful. i ask God to always bless this family!!!
