Morning Pain

Woke up with some severe arm pain! I am not a big fan of this. Especially since I have been trying to get healthy I have not had any pain. I just applied some menthol lotion but it hurts! I will maybe take some muscle relaxants although I do not like them.

Documentary Time

Watching Pregnant in America and am amazed on how bad the rights of women giving birth are not being respected. Makes me so mad! I am so having a natural birth when I decide to have children. Water birth or home birth for me. It's never to early to start thinking about it. Life is so valuable and there should be other choices beside csections.
